Print-Making

We did print-making with Carmela Wade. Print-making is making prints using styrofoam, paint and papers.

First, you need to carve lines and shapes into styrofoam using all sorts of tools like lids, cookie cutters, pencils, containers, forks and butter knives.

Carmela called us up by tables to put paint on the plates. You could use 1, 2 or 3 colors BUT you couldn't mix the colors.

Then you had to put your paper on it. Press it down hard and then peel it off of the styrofoam.

AND.... VOILA!! A PRINT!

We liked print-making because it looks cool!

Here is a picture of all of our prints! Enjoy!
